My current faves are definitely the Blackjack and the Cingular 8125. The Palm OS needs to catch up in my opinion.

I came across this one day and I have been snagging programs each day when I remember. They have some pretty great stuff available for free. Most of the programs would be $29 to purchase, but each day they showcase a different piece of software as a free download for one day only.
