Michael is the son of the director of my kids daycare center. Over the past 3 years I have seen him transform from short little boy to tall teen. 
He is a very, very sweet, well mannered kid, and he can play the HELL out of the drums, as you can witness in this video.
One of my good, amazing friends has just become a breast cancer survivor. She is such a beautiful, vibrant mother and wife and I am happy to support her.
